 **Store Policies**

**1. What is your return policy?**  
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within **7 days** of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Page for more information on how to process a return.

**2. Do you offer exchanges?**  
No, we do not offer exchanges! Please make sure to order you correct shoe size and color! (Only exception will be in error on our part)

**3. How can I cancel or modify my order?**  
Once an order is placed, we process it as quickly as possible to get it to you fast. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within **1 hour** of placing the order by emailing [email protected]  After that window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

**4. What are your shipping rates?**  
Shipping costs vary based on the delivery address, size, and weight of the items in your order. You can view the shipping options and pricing at checkout.  International shipping is available, and rates are calculated at checkout.

**5. Do you offer international shipping?**  
Yes, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

**6. How long will it take to receive my order?**
Orders are processed within **1-3 business days**. Our Shoes take  between 7-14 days to be shipped and delivered.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipmemt may be delayed by a few days . Please allow additional days in transit for delivery . If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order , we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, International shipping can take between **7-21 business days**, depending on the destination. 


**7. What happens if my order is lost or damaged?**  
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [email protected] we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

**8. Do you offer gift cards?**  
Yes! We offer gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase a gift card directly from our website on the Gift Card Page. Our gift cards are valid for **one year** from the date of purchase.

**9. How do I track my order?**  
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

**10. What payment methods do you accept?**  
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm @ Checkout!

**11. Do you offer price matching?**  
At this time, we do not offer price matching. However, we do offer regular promotions and discounts, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about our latest offers!

**13. Are all of your products in stock?**  
We try to keep all products in stock, but due to demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or alternative solution.
